School Athletes Training Program

Learn how to activate the right muscles for maximum performance for any sports- basketball, judo, tennis, athletics, windsurfing, baseball, etc. Tap into a wealth of knowledge from Singapore record-holder and national lifters. Learn breathing techniques to train with intensity on a sustainable basis and manage stress during competition. Max of 2 groups of 5. School Holiday Program

Inject fun while engaging in fitness. 1-hour and half day training, exploration and other fun activities to occupy the kids during the June school holidays. Learn the ABCs of functional fitness, harness discipline and foster tenacity through fun activities with their peers in a safe indoor environment. Max of 2 groups of 5.
