Our training is designed to serve up impactful results, but never at the expense of your safety or mental health. We prioritise principles of safe and efficient movement where you’ll learn how to move under tension, apply breathing techniques for optimal performance, and activate the right muscles to prevent stress and nurture a better quality of life!

 

CrossFit

A specialised CrossFit class for those chasing higher intensity at higher skill levels. A tailored approach to achieving performance goals through prioritising skill acquisition, refining movement mechanics, and time domains. Membership includes access to Gymnastics, Build & Structure class. Canvas Training is home of SuperSonic CrossFit.

Performance

For seasoned CrossFit athletes who are looking for the next step to develop your capacity for more advanced skills and get your training towards CrossFit as a sport, not just a method of fitness. Pre-requisites apply. 90 mins training session.


Build

The program includes traditional bodybuilding concepts while adding in elements of aerobic work (low-intensity cardio). A good alternative for those who don’t want high skill movement (e.g snatch, muscle up), or just want to workout and stay consistent!

Structure

Get stronger by building a firm foundation. Training program is designed with a focus on unilateral work and muscle imbalances for a stronger base. Learn how to move for improved power, speed and endurance.


Olympic Weightlifting

Learn the Olympic lifts: Snatch and Clean & Jerk from current National Weightlifter and Record Holder who will teach you through accessible training methodology, helping you step-by-step to optimise your personalised expression of strength in both the Olympic Weightlifting classic lifts through better movement. Champion of 2022 SWF Inter-Club Challenge and Runner-Up of 2023 SWF Inter-Club Challenge.


Barbell Club

Suitable for beginners who want to learn how to include barbell in their workout. Expect programmed lifts together with strength or accessories work. Hone your snatch or clean&jerk during this class. Learn the basic movements of the Olympic Lifts techniques and build more self awareness for improved lifts.

Assessment

Get a detailed fitness assessment to identify and improve your muscle imbalances or past injuries which have been causing you pain, hampering range of motion, and preventing you from achieving your fullest potential.
