I'm new to this fitness thing and don't know if it's for me. Should I even be here?

That's okay and actually, that's perfect: your first step is your best step forward! Thank you for taking the plunge!

Our training program is designed to build you up with a good understanding of your personal foundations and get you a stronger structure, so even as a beginner there is nothing to fear and everything to learn.

If we're doing our job right, you'll never feel lost, unsafe, or out of place.

Do you offer trials?

Yes! We highly recommend all visitor start with a drop-in. The best way to experience what we do, and why we fuss over quality coaching, is to experience it yourself. Plus, you'll get to meet the awesome Canvas Tribe, of which you'll soon want to be a part of. Drop your details here and we'll get back to you shortly.

We find it best (and safest) that everyone in the class works under the same principles and techniques, even if their fitness levels differ. Our attentive coaches make sure to scale the workout to different needs and comfort levels so you're never overwhelmed!

Can I drop in on a class?

We love having guests! The drop-in fee is $38 (CrossFit/ Weightlifting/ Build/ Structure). For Seniors, first time's FOC! Simply fill in this form here

Can I change my drop in date?

We understand sometimes things get out of control. You can change the date of drop in once. As we block out a slot for your drop in, lets be responsibile and show up. Pls give ample notice (min 12 hours before class) for cancellation.

Can I sign up straight for membership if I've done CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting training before?

Yes. Just pop by or fill up the form here prior to visiting. We will send you an email to set up a member account on the PushPress app so you can book slots.

Do you have memberships that are a bit more flexible?

If a monthly membership doesn’t work for you, you can opt for our 10-session pass ($330) which you can use for Weightlifting/CrossFit/ Build/ Structure.

This pass entitles you to a check-in any 10 times over 6 months period, plus your personal push press account to book your classes in advance. While we understand that life gets busy, we’ve found that too much space in between workouts often leads to the plateauing, and even undoing(!), of results - so don't go stretching your visits out too long!

Are you a CrossFit affiliate?

Yes we are! We're licensed under the name of SuperSonic CrossFit.

I’m a seasoned athlete, just not in functional training. Will I get sufficient benefits from your training?

You already have a relationship with physically pushing yourself, so you’ll do great. Do share with us what you'd like to work on and we can scale up the training for you. Just pop by or fill up the form here prior to visiting.

I'm only interested in Open Gym. can I pop in anytime, without booking?

Booking is compulsory. do let us know in advance when you'd like to come. Use this form and make sure to fill up the Waiver form, and we will be in touch to book you a slot!

I'm interested in Weightlifting. What can I expect from it?

Weightlifting will cover the olympic movements for Snatch and Clean & Jerk along with Strength training. Check our schedule for day of week training focus. To join, opt to drop in or purchase a 10-session pass that's valid for 6 months ($330). With the pass, We'll set up an account for you so that you can make your class booking with ease.

I have weightlifting experience. How will I benefit from Weightlifting class?

Weightlifting is a technical sport, so every movement add up to getting 1% bettter. Our end goal is to build you a firm base in moving right to achieve that PR you're aiming for.
